On receipt of your registration and payment you will be sent a comprehensive set of study materials from which you study for your examination. Materials are delivered by a courier during business hours and will need to be signed for.

There are separate materials for each module, which are listed below. Additional study materials can be sent by Royal Mail postage. This is free of charge and the ifs cannot be held responsible for any items that are undelivered. Alternatively, you can choose to have your additional study materials sent by courier. This option requires a signature and is trackable. If your additional item(s) are not delivered, the ifs will resend them once, free of charge. Trackable delivery costs £7.50 (for UK delivery addresses only). Overseas students are advised to contact Further Education Customer and Student Enquiries for advice on postage fees for additional study material.

Please note that courier services will not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Updates to study materials

Study materials are normally updated annually. The current fee for updated materials is £30.00. Students can also access updated study materials through www.myifslearning.com. It is the students responsibility to ensure that the correct text is being studied. Competence Development Tool (CDT) for CeMAP®, CeFA® and CeRGI®

The ifs Competence Development Tool (CDT) has been specifically designed to help you maintain staff competence under the FSA regime.

Pricing for multiple purchases of CDT

The ifs offers discounted rates for multiple purchases of the Competence Development Tool (CDT).
