HE Student Support

Admissions, Academic Management and Student Services Office

The Admissions, Academic Management and Student Services Office, is here to support you during your studies towards our Professional Higher Education programmes.

We have a wide range of expertise, including extensive organisational knowledge and an understanding of the issues students can face when fitting studies around a full-time job.

This means we can advise you on issues such as:

What subjects do I need to take in order to complete my qualification?
How do I locate the interactive forums?
I can't attend my scheduled workshop.  Is there another one I can go to?
I don't understand how to reference my coursework.
How do I submit my coursework?
What is the next step for me after I complete my current qualification?

We can also suggest ways of tackling the challenges you might face while studying, for instance:

It's difficult to find time to study.  Can you offer any help?
I'm nervous about my exam!  What can I do?
And we are here to help if you have a problem, such as:
I can’t attend my examination. What can I do?
Extenuating circumstances have prevented me from completing my coursework on time. What should I do?
