The ifs School of Finance today announced that it will be running a series of roadshows to offer advice to advisers and networks aiming to support them as they consider next steps for achieving a Level 4 qualification by the 2012 deadline. The roadshows will run throughout the UK from the 23-26 March.

Speaking today at the Financial Exclusion and Capability conference at the Grange Holborn Hotel, London, Anne Kiem, Vice Principal at the ifs School of Finance drew attention to the gaps in financial capability provision at secondary schools.
In her speech, Anne outlined the role personal finance education in the secondary school curriculum can play in addressing financial exclusion, when it is given sufficient prominence. Extracts of today’s speech are included below.
