For those who are new to the role of independent director, or to a senior leadership position, the ifs has put together a small panel of mentors who can provide 1-2-1 support in two ways:
Technical Knowledge Mentoring – where experienced experts in fields such as risk and regulation can be provided to give individual guidance and individual bespoke training when and where it is needed.
Skills and Decision Making Mentoring – using the knowledge of eminent corporate psychologists and experienced senior directors, mentors can help decision-makers to make informed and ethical decisions in a way that protects them and their stakeholders.
