The following terms and conditions outline the ifs Executive and Professional department policies on enrolment and cancellation. You will need to confirm you have read these to complete your online booking by ticking the box on the online booking form.

Fees
The fee for these events covers all written materials.
We will send you an invoice acknowledging your booking. Please contact us if you do not receive this within seven days of booking.
Pre-payment is required for all programmes. Delegates' places are not secure until full payment has been received.
Incidental expenses
ifs School of Finance is not responsible for covering travel and accommodation costs incurred by delegates.
Substitutions/cancellations
Upon receipt of your booking form, your place(s) will be confirmed. Any cancellation/transfer must be received in writing (letters, fax or e mail).
The following charges will apply based on the cost of your booking:
Transfers
A transfer can only take place once payment has been received. Substitute names can be provided.
Cancellations
A full refund of the fees, less a £35 administration fee per programme, will be given for cancellations up to 14 days before the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 14 days before the event, however substitute names can be provided.
Company pass
The workshops are available to book singularly or as a package at a discounted rate. Organisations may also book a 'company pass' for the whole series, enabling them to benefit from the reduced price whilst allowing different relevant representatives to attend each session.
Important note
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the ifs School of Finance to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled ifs School of Finance will automatically make a full refund but have no further liability.
Data protection
The ifs School of Finance will process your data in accordance with the principles of the UK Data Protection Act (1998). These details will be used to process your application/registration. Your contact details may be made available to the event partner, or used by us, to send you information on products, services and special offers that may be relevant to you.
Photographs and/or video footage may be taken at any ifs event and your image may be used on ifs websites, publications, promotional material and publicity in the future. No references will be made that link your image with any other personal data, unless specifically agreed.
