Tony Barradell, Director of Insight People Development Ltd spent the 80's and the first half of the 90's working for NatWest Bank in the East Midlands region. Since then he has been assisting managers from a wide range of organisations to develop their skills. Whilst helping many people to achieve professional management qualification, his training is always practical, with an eye to application in the workplace rather than the exam room.

Justin took up corporate finance after training as a barrister and has worked in Africa and Singapore. When he returned to the UK he helped in the developments towards Big Bang which led to him helping to found Broker Services in 1986, later to become Barclays Stockbrokers, where Justin was Corporate Development Director. In early 2001, he co-founded Seven Investment Management, an investment management business.
