Martin is responsible for the overall provision of ifs School of Finance higher education and executive development programmes, ensuring that delivery meets the strategic aims of the ifs and the learning objectives of students and employer organisations.

Anne is responsible for the Institute of Financial Services, the division of the ifs School of Finance that delivers further education and regulatory programmes.  She is also responsible for ifs ProShare, a not-for-profit organisation committed to encouraging employee share ownership and providing workplace financial education.
